On the move: Nikki Hood, Deborah Baker, Jeremy Lancaster

Directories company Yell has appointed Nikki Hood as head of learning and development. Her role will be to manage the strategic direction of learning and development opportunities for employees in the UK. Before joining Yell, Hood was learning and development head at Thomson Directories.

Sky has appointed Deborah Baker as director for people. She will lead the HR team, including organisation and people development, talent resourcing and management, and HR services. Before joining, Baker was senior vice-president, HR worldwide, at Burberry.

Jeremy Lancaster has been promoted to senior vice-president, HR (Europe) at global media group The Nielsen Company. He will be tasked with personnel management and organisational development. He previously held senior HR roles in the firm’s organisation development centre.
