A unique online service for HR professionals seeking Interim Managers has been launched in the UK. It already has more than 4500 registered candidates and provides a pool of talent that recruiters can access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
execs4hire.co.uk is a free resource that offers recruiters the opportunity to search candidate profiles by skillset, sector and geographic location instantly. They can select and download up to 40 candidate CVs per month free and post job details on the site for candidates to search and respond to. A white label service is also available for employers who wish to use the service as an internal recruitment tool.
execs4hire has been in development for more than two years and attracts candidates via a unique combination of benefits. They can upload and edit personal details and assignment information, share Interim experiences in an exclusive forum, search for jobs posted by recruiters and enjoy up to £1 million Professional Indemnity cover for assignments commissioned via the site. All this is included in a one-off annual fee of £75.00 plus VAT.
