QA unveils Microsoft Partners portal

by Sue Weekes 1 Nov 2004

QA is launching a dedicated training portal to support the mandatory certification of Microsoft Partners.

It comes in response to the requirement for Microsoft Channel Partners (of which QA is also one) to renew their competency status by 31 January 2005.

“Microsoft has raised the bar for partner certification,” says Jon Shepstone, head of strategic alliances at QA.

“QA recognises the investment required by partners and QA Direct is a dedicated, cost-effective route to achieving Microsoft competencies.”

The portal provides a clear training roadmap for the compulsory re-skilling of partners.

Competency certification requirements are linked to QA training courses at a special partner rate.

The portal also features White Papers and other relevant resources that will assist the re-training requirements.
