Rockpools has this week become a member of the Interim Management Association, the UK’s principal trade association for the Interim Management industry.
The IMA aims to develop interim management as a powerful and leading management resource by the collective action of its members and by promoting their common interests based on the highest standard of professional service.
It represents leading interim management recruiters currently operating in the UK market.
Neil Lupin, Rockpools’ Partner and Head of the firm’s Interim Management Practice, said: “I am delighted that Rockpools is now a member of the IMA. I believe that the IMA has a crucial role to play in regulating and managing our industry and I look forward to contributing to the debate.”
He continued, “Our customers increasingly recognise the role the IMA plays in ensuring the highest codes of conduct among its members in what is otherwise an unregulated and fragmented market. Being members gives us yet another driver to add even greater value to our service offering for both clients and candidates.”
Rockpools Interim has become one of the major players within the UK’s interim management industry, having placed senior managers in interim roles across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
