Analytics from an organisation’s workforce is increasingly seen as paramount in creating value for the business. But which metrics are HR leaders now using and where are the gaps in the data that would be most useful?

Sage recently polled 500 HR and business leaders about the role of people analytics in organisations today – which revealed some interesting findings.

In this Personnel Today webinar, in association with Sage, we look the top metrics HR leaders said they’re using in their organisations, and the data that c-suite execs revealed they find most useful for driving business decision-making.

Watch on-demand

Personnel Today editor Rob Moss is joined by Charlotte Penny, one of the contributing authors of Sage’s research ‘Impact through insights’, and Seb Scott, data and analytics director for the People function at Sage, who examine HR and c-suite leaders’ views on how aligned leaders are to business objectives, and how to use people data to drive business decisions.

Watch the on-demand recording of this webinar where we talk through the findings of the research, including:

  • The top ten HR metrics being used by HR leaders
  • The HR data points c-suite leaders want the most
  • Where the biggest gaps are between what’s provided and needed
  • How HR leaders can use data to drive insights with impact.

A whopping 94% of c-suite leaders told shared that they have access to some form of people data, but 68% said they’re not heavily reliant on it. In this webinar you’ll be able to benchmark your HR team against others and see how you compare.

Is your organisation one of the 40% in which business leaders said they’re not fully satisfied with HR’s ability to provide insights and recommendations as a result?
