by Personnel Today 23 Oct 2009

Online recruitment specialists, networx have been nominated for the 3rd consecutive year as one of the best recruitment companies in the UK- Despite receiving almost 200 % more applications than previous years.

As market leaders in the delivery of online recruitment solutions, networx handle thousands of applications on behalf of their clients everyday . By combining the very latest technology with the necessary personal support, networx deliver a unique experience to each and every applicant that has been nominated for Jobsite’s RecruitRank Awards ten times over the past 3 years.

The awards, the only accolades in the industry where finalists and winners are chosen purely on the feedback provided by candidates, are designed to recognise best practise and customer service in recruitment agencies.

This year networx have been shortlisted as finalists for the following 4 awards:

BEST CANDIDATE COMMUNICATIONS (High Volume User), BEST UNDERSTANDING OF CANDIDATE NEEDS (High Volume User), BEST RECRUITER (High Volume User), BEST INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE (High Volume User)

The consistent presence of networx within Jobsite’s RecruitRank Top 10 and confirmation of these latest nominations helps illustrate the strength and stability of networx’ approach and their unique ability to introduce a highly efficient recruitment process without compromising on candidate service levels.

Upon receiving confirmation of these latest award nominations Director of networx, Andy Pierson stated:

“This is fantastic news. Everyone at networx is really pleased that we have been nominated for the third year running.  It has been a tough year for everyone in recruitment and awards like this for our efforts are very welcome.  We especially appreciate the Jobsite awards as these are voted for by the candidates themselves and the awards in my opinion are a genuine accolade.  I am very proud of the team at networx, they have worked very hard over the last 12 months”

In 2008 networx  won BEST CANDIDATE COMMUNICATION by a Large Volume Recruiter and since 2007 have been shortlisted as finalists for BEST LARGE RECRUITMENT AGENCY, BEST CANDIDATE COMMUNICATION , MOST IMPROVED LARGE RECRUITER , BEST RECRUITER & BEST INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE.
