After spending 6 years in management development with The Leadership Trust and HR consultancy with Deloitte and Touche, Russell became HR Director for Crane telecommunications Group Ltd in 1999. Here he implemented his first Snowdrop system (now delivered as part of the Sage HR & Payroll ‘SnowdropKCS’ product suite), before becoming Global HR Director for GESeaCo Services Ltd in 2007. GESeaCo is an equipment leasing joint venture between General Electric and SeaContainers.
