Employees were given a health assessment and advice on how to improve their lifestyle; delivered by physiologists and the occupational health team. Results highlighted key health issues effecting the employee population, and employees were referred accordingly. The figures show that fewer employees are likely to be off sick now that they are able to have a regular health check and the appropriate behavioural management.
