Change management

Change management is the process by the employer, with the involvement of HR, of managing the move to new ways of working, an organisational restructure, or the introduction new processes.

The management of change within the workplace is something that all employers have to deal with. Change can be a difficult thing for employees, particularly if it involves redundancies or TUPE transfers.
