75 subsidised places on new e-skills UK graduate programme

by Personnel Today 6 Feb 2009
by Personnel Today 6 Feb 2009

The e-skills IT Professional Foundation Programme has been created by employers to fast track the development of new recruits in the early years of their careers. It will provide you with motivated employees who are more productive, more quickly; who understand IT in business and can work in teams.

The programme enables all new IT professionals to benefit from the same top quality training regardless of their background or organisation. It’s a modular programme delivered by employers, training partners and universities. It includes e-learning, face-to-face tuition, and on-the-job learning. Participants can work towards a range of qualifications, including a Masters degree.

The e-skills IT Professional Foundation Programme’s learning outcomes are mapped to e-skills procom, which supports SFIA by linking it to the sector-defined standards that underpin qualifications.
