Cezanne to demonstrate latest HR and talent solutions this week

by Personnel Today 15 Jun 2009
by Personnel Today 15 Jun 2009

Cezanne Software, a leading global provider of HR and Talent Management solutions, will be on stand H230 at the CIPD HR Software Show 2009 at Olympia, London. The company will be demonstrating how their HR solutions can help companies’ better respond to the current economic climate by reducing administrative costs, improving employee performance and making it easier to identify and develop key talent across the business.

Julie Windsor, Director of Operations for UK & Benelux at Cezanne Software said, “In an economic downturn companies demand more of their HR departments than ever before. They are expected to reduce administrative overheads, ensure legislative compliance and, at the same time, help improve the performance of employees across the business.

“Whether the company is looking to downsize, maintain its position in the market or build for future growth, being able to identify, develop and manage talent will be critical in the next few years.

“Unfortunately for HR, any expenditure is likely to be under the scrutiny of the Financial Director. Yet the need to invest in solutions that help companies reduce HR costs and, at the same time, ensure that key talent is being appropriately developed and deployed has never been greater. Over the last 12 months especially, we’ve seen a significant increase in the adoption of our On Demand service as companies realise that they can have the best of both worlds, great HR software at an affordable cost”.

Software as a Service
Cezanne’s On Demand service allows companies to benefit from the latest HR solutions at a fraction of the cost and administrative overheads associated with traditional on premise installations. Cezanne hosts the customers HR solutions at their data centre and takes care of all of the issues associated with managing and updating the software, allowing the customer to focus on benefiting from the advanced functionality of the solutions.

Comprehensive functionality
On show will be the latest release of Cezanne Software’s integrated solutions for personnel management (including training, recruitment and competency management) as well as for succession planning & career management, performance management and employee survey. Cezanne Software will also be demonstrating its executive dashboards and advanced query tools that ensure that HR directors and managers can quickly identify key issues and then drill down into the detail.

International capabilities
With an international client list that includes companies as diverse as Vodafone, HgCapital, TUI, TNT, ArcelorMittal and Swarovski, Cezanne’s software and services have been specifically designed to support the roll out of international solutions. Companies benefit from a single system that helps them to manage their key asset – their people – on a global basis.

Solutions for Government
With two of the hottest topics in local government currently talent management and leadership development, Cezanne will be available to talk to councils about how they can ensure that talent management and leadership development are at the heart of their people strategy. Cezanne will be offering local government delegates the opportunity to see how they can take advantage of Cezanne’s solutions to make talent and leadership initiatives more sustainable and easier to manage.
