Interim Performers, the UK’s first specialist recruitment company for Interim managers, based in London and Manchester goes from strength to strength with new recruits in both its specialist divisions as well as the appointment of a digital technology specialist.
The company has moved its London operations to spacious new offices in Bedford Square, WC1 to support the continued growth and expansion.
Tim Wingrove joins Interim Performers public sector team from Prospectus, where he specialised in the not for profit and charity sector, focusing on search and selection at Senior Management and CEO level.
He has a previous four years recruitment experience focusing on senior and executive level positions, after starting his career in advertising.
Deborah Rogers joins Interim Performers HR team from Resource Innovations, where she also specialised in Interim HR placements.
Deborah’s was previously a Director at Chartwell Search and Selection and she has also run her own property business overseas and managed various RPO and outsourcing projects in the UK.

Recognising the increasing the importance of online recruitment in talent resourcing, Interim Performers have appointed a specialist digital marketing manager, who is tasked with optimising how “user friendly” and effective the Interim Performers website is for their professional community of candidates and clients.
Nick Rundell, a business studies and sports graduate with a specialism in marketing and branding, previously worked as a Marketing Manager for the West London chamber of commerce and for Football in the Community, as well as consulting on online marketing for technology companies.
