Jobpartners launches ActiveRecruiter v8

Jobpartners, a European leader in people and talent management software, today announced the launch of the latest version of its online recruitment solution, ActiveRecruiter.  ActiveRecruiter v8 is a highly-configurable and comprehensive platform that enables HR departments to manage the employment process through all stages of recruitment, from the definition of a position, to hiring a candidate, through to improving internal mobility.  The new version of ActiveRecruiter includes a redesigned user interface for a modern and customisable user experience, as well as providing increased configuration capabilities.

ActiveRecruiter v8 will make the recruiting process easier to manage and enable companies to deliver improved employer branded communication. Selected enhancements include a new HTML editor for the quick and simple creation of job descriptions and adverts, and HTML branded emails which can include company logos and images.  Additionally, HR departments will be able set reminders on applicants and vacancies, to ensure that they are more proactive when recruiting.  V8 builds upon ActiveRecruiter’s existing functionality to help companies attract the best talent for their business and reduce their time-to-hire.

ActiveRecruiter v8 also helps ensure that CVs and personal details are held securely, providing peace of mind for both HR staff and candidates.  Online applications are supported by CAPTCHA technology, to ensure submissions made using ActiveRecruiter are properly verified therefore reducing the threat of spambots and other malicious software.  The solution has also received third-party security testing verification and certification from application security specialists PLYNT.

“In today’s climate, being able to quickly attract and engage with candidates is imperative. We have listened to our customers and as a result ActiveRecruiter v8 provides companies with all the tools to enhance their employer brand and deliver a seamless and secure recruitment experience to all applicants,” said Patrice Barbedette, founder of Jobpartners.
