Jim Marsh, UK chief operating officer and head of people at KPMG, said: “We are delighted that Donna is joining us. She is a top diversity and inclusion professional. Combined with our recently announced hire of Stephen Frost – formerly head of diversity and inclusion at the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games – to head up the team, this underlines how serious we are about driving a real step change in our diversity and inclusion efforts and our commitment to making faster progress.”
