Legacy has selected Column Case Hr for their HR Answer Center supporting calls (incidents) and for Employee Records Management. Support calls include benefits management, compensation, E+ (Learning Management System), employee relations, employment verification and validation, sites/hospital locations, payroll and HR risk management. Some assignment occurs between other teams (benefits and compensation). Long-term vision includes dispatch to employee relations and other HR teams who do not currently use the system.
Another use will be for their One Call Center facilitates the transfer of patients into Legacy’s specialized services from local and out-of-area referral physicians, hospitals, and health care facilities. The calls/cases include information about the patient, possible diagnosis, sending unit and receiving unit.
