More than half of British workers are still searching for their perfect job, research has found.
A survey conducted by recruitment site, Jobsite, found that six in 10 Brits believe that such a vocation does exist, but is difficult to find.

And for those who have found their perfect post, a quarter said they had applied for up to 10 positions prior to landing their ideal post.
Moreover, the average job for a UK employer now lasts between one and three years. Women expect to have between seven and 10 jobs during their working lives, with men expecting to have between four and six. More than half of British workers are still searching for their perfect job, the research has found.
