Maxwell Drummond International today announces a new management structure in its UK offices.
This move follows a period of rapid growth for the executive search and recruitment consultancy.
Turnover has increased annually by over 40% in each of the last three years and the company has recently opened three new southern hemisphere offices.
This further strengthens the business’ international operations, which it expects will account for 70% of turnover by 2010.
In its Aberdeen office, Stephen Sheal will take the new position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa and Jamie Ferguson will become Operations Manager.
In Maxwell Drummond’s London headquarters Scott MacDonald will take up the newly created position of Vice President of Corporate Services.
Andrew MacDonald, CEO of Maxwell Drummond says, “These new positions signify our intention to create a robust management team that will continue to drive the firm’s global expansion. The company has grown very quickly in the last three years and we now need to concentrate on maintaining our strategic focus and developing our worldwide networks. These appointments are a key aspect of that.”
Stephen Sheal has worked with Maxwell Drummond for over three years and in his new role, Mr Sheal will spearhead the marketing and business development of Maxwell Drummond in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
He will also focus on the building the firm’s global brand within these regions.
Jamie Ferguson will head up Maxwell Drummond’s Aberdeen operations, overseeing a team of ten people.
He has worked with Maxwell Drummond for two years and in his new position, Mr Ferguson will be responsible for the consistent delivery of the firm’s executive search services, working closely with the company’s worldwide offices.
Scott MacDonald has worked with Maxwell Drummond for over ten years. As Vice President of Corporate Services, Scott will develop the firm’s training programmes and procedures throughout its UK and international locations.

Mr MacDonald will also be responsible for monitoring and managing succession planning and developing company talent.

In addition to its UK operations in Aberdeen and London, Maxwell Drummond has established six international offices in Houston, Johannesburg, Sydney, Perth, Edmonton and Calgary.
