On the move: Pascale Anderson-Mair, Morven Smith, Ros Gumbley

Pascale Anderson-Mair has been appointed to the new role of worldwide human resources director at advertising agency Publicis. She will be responsible for making HR core to all key corporate decisions, and focus on the areas of training and development, talent and career management, as well as recruitment. Anderson-Mair was previously HR director at brand consultancy WPP.

Morven Smith has been appointed HR director at law firm Watson Burton. She will be responsible for personnel management at the Newcastle, Leeds and London offices. Previously, she was HR manager at British Energy.

Ros Gumbley has joined consultancy Employment Law in Action as HR director, responsible for all aspects of HR. Gumbley was previously head of HR at Human and Legal, part of Northgate Information Solutions.
