Bev Messinger has been promoted to director of customer and workforce services at Coventry City Council, where she was previously head of HR. In the newly created role, she will supervise HR, customer service, IT and workforce development.

Law firm Berryman has promoted Jane Anderson to strategic HR director. She is tasked with formulating and delivering a dedicated strategic HR advisory service to clients.

Margaret Dalton has joined Higgs and Sons solicitors as head of HR. Dalton will drive people development initiatives and implement growth strategies. Prior to her new role, Dalton was head of HR at the Islamic Bank of Britain.
