The 2014 RADs, widely regarded as the recruitment marketing industry’s biggest and best awards programme, are now officially open for entries.
Now in their 24th year, the RAD Awards are open to all employers and agencies producing creative work to recruit staff specifically between October 2012 and October 2013.
Peter Clarke, sales director for RADs organisers RBI Recruitment Media, said: “Everyone tells us that the RADs are the awards they really want to win. They’re seen as really important by the new emerging agencies just as much as the big established ones. And employers say they gain huge external recognition by winning them, too.”
There are 18 award categories, each judged by a panel made up of HR professionals from major organisations and experts in creative, digital and account direction from some of the UK’s leading recruitment marketing agencies. A full list of categories is below.
Andy Bamford, managing director of ThirtyThree and chair of the 2014 RADs judges, said: “Over the years, the RADs have become the industry’s leading awards ceremony,” adding that “being shortlisted at the RADs should really be an achievement worth celebrating in itself”.
