The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) is looking to boost its customer service and training by creating a new learning and development function.
The agency, which hands out millions of pounds to farmers and traders for crops and livestock, is looking to recruit several HR professionals for the team.
June last year, the RPA was investigated after civil servants allegedly romped naked in offices and had sex in the toilets.
