AIM-listed HR consultancy Savile Group has been ranked 16th in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2010, which this year had 571 SMEs vying for a place. It was the first time the Group had entered the awards.

’Jonathan Cohen, Chairman of Savile Group, said: ‘We do our best to walk the talk. It’s our business to help other organisations make the most of their people, so it goes without saying that we should make the most of our own.’

Savile Group employees are particularly proud of their company, with the Group scoring eighth-highest of all companies surveyed in this area.
