A second phase of recruitment is being launched following a successful campaign to find a raft of candidates for a new Customer Service Centre based in Peterborough.
Independent agency Anne Corder Recruitment worked hand in hand with AB Agri, a national company with its headquarters in Lynch Wood.
After a tailor-made recruitment drive by Anne Corder Recruitment saw around a dozen people being offered jobs at the Customer Service Centre a second phase of the process is now beginning.
Management positions have now been filled and further steps – including a recruitment evening – are being taken to secure suitable candidates for the remaining co-ordinator and administrator roles.
“We are delighted to have been able to fill around a dozen of the new positions already,” said Anne Corder Recruitment consultant Kerry Tanner. “By working closely with the client we have been able to secure a very positive result and are looking forward to building on our early success.”
AB Agri is opening the new centre as part of its commitment to customer service.
“It’s an exciting time for AB Agri and we are pleased to be bringing exciting career opportunities to Peterborough and to be proving our commitment to the city by engaging with local companies like ACR,” said Judith Lisle, Customer Service Manager.
ACR consultants are also working closely with other client companies – as well as using their local knowledge – to pinpoint staff with the correct skill set facing redundancy.
