The Voucher Shop, one of the UK’s leading providers of vouchers to the incentives and flexible benefit markets, has launched a new Long Service & Anniversary Awards offering, providing a complete service to manage every aspect of a loyalty awards programme.
John Sylvester, Director of The Voucher Shop, said; “With employers increasingly looking to recognise and reward staff at achievable milestones such as 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years service in order to encourage loyalty and aid staff retention, we have developed a service that can create awards at various values to reflect a multi-level loyalty scheme.”
Employers using the service can now reward employees with flexible Voucher Cheques. Not only does this give the recipient complete freedom of choice to select an award that they and their family will enjoy from travel, hotels, restaurants, health & beauty and activity days to vouchers to redeem at the big retailers, but it also reduces the burden on the employer to select a product that is both suitable and aspirational.
All administration is handled by The Voucher Shop with employers simply providing a database of employees to enable The Voucher Shop to run an automated diary of awards due. This allows them to advise who is scheduled for an award and when depending on the award structure of the organisation.
The Voucher Shop provides a standard or bespoke branded award pack for presentation by the employer, including a certificate, personalised letter and Voucher Cheque made out to the employee for the required reward value. The recipient completes the cheque by making a selection from the extensive voucher list on the reverse and returns it to The Voucher Shop, which then fulfils the order within 48 hours.

In addition, The Voucher Shop can provide a range of certificates for different occasions, enabling employers to use the presentation packs for alternative awards such as recognition, one-off or celebratory awards.
John Sylvester continues: “Recognising long service with a clock or decanter after 25 years is a thing of the past and no longer appropriate in today’s business environment where encouraging loyalty over shorter periods of time is key. Our ongoing commitment to investment in new products and services to meet the changing needs of the employment marketplace ensures we are able to provide fast and cost-effective routes for employers looking to implement employee recognition and loyalty schemes within their business.”
