Future of work to be explored at UNLEASH 2019

It is now just under a month to go until the annual UNLEASH World Conference & Expo in Paris, where HR leaders will get together to learn about the future of work and the latest developments in workforce technology.

The event, which takes place at the Paris Convention Centre on 22 and 23 October, will showcase the latest HR tech and share insight from expert speakers on how to make the world of work more rewarding and efficient.

UNLEASH 2019

The UNLEASH World Conference & Expo takes place on 22 and 23 October at the Paris Convention Centre. Tickets are available now.

On the main stage, innovation and leadership expert Peter Hinssen from nexxworks will explain at how socio-economic-political uncertainty across Europe is affecting how organisations work, while future of work strategist Heather E McGowan will discuss new mental models to navigate through the future of work.

UNLEASH veteran speaker Josh Bersin will examine whether HR technology is a business driver or a wasted resource, while Siemens’ chief HR officer will look at how organisations can cut through the digital transformation hype.

Keynote speakers include Sir Bob Geldof who will focus on how employees and organisations can help drive positive economic and environmental change, and humanitarian and environmental activity Céline Cousteau who will share how businesses can thrive if they reconnected to a deeper sense of “tribe”.

Conference streams include learning, performance management, wellbeing, HR technology and employee experience and boast speakers from organisations such as Facebook, Siemens, PepsiCo and IBM. Topics range from implementing a global HR transformation project to the myths and realities of diverse recruitment strategies.

In the exhibition hall, HR tech buyers will benefit from having some of the best technology vendors and providers under one roof. Its headline exhibitors include Cornerstone, SAP, Sopra HR Software and Oracle.

The Startup Zone will showcase some of the latest HR tech innovations from emerging organisations, and attendees will be able to access demos of the products on offer. All startups at UNLEASH will have the opportunity to compete for its Startup Award by pitching their product to a panel of expert judges.

The area will also host the popular Startup Stage, where Expo attendees can listen to bite-sized pitches from vendors and see product demos. Guided startup tours with industry experts can also be booked to give tech buyers an overview of the products and gain impartial advice on what would be suitable for them.
