National Outsourcing Association www.noa.co.uk

Outsourcing, offshoring, BPO-ing et al look like they will be staying close to the top of the agenda, so the National Outsourcing Association’s site is a useful bookmark. The news section filters out relevant stories from well-informed IT sites, such as Silicon.com and The Register. Not only will you find out who’s the latest to outsource the HR function, but also who’s decided to bring it back in-house.
