Conducting termination discussions successfully (webinar)

by Brightmine 1 Nov 2018
by Brightmine 1 Nov 2018

The heightened media interest in “gagging clauses” means that now may be the time to review your organisation’s approach to termination discussions.

Watch on-demand

Having the opportunity to avoid a protracted formal termination procedure can save both time and money for employers and, if properly handled, reduce the risk of employment tribunal proceedings.

In XpertHR’s 60-minute webinar at 11:00am GMT on Monday 19 November, Darren Newman, an employment lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience, will take you through what you need to do to carry out successful termination negotiations.

He will also cover the legal requirements so that you can avoid mishandling discussions, including the meaning of “protected conversations” and “without prejudice”.

The webinar includes a Q&A session.
