Advent Careers, the sister company to Hagley-based IT training firm Advent Training has announced it is working with the West Bromwich Building Society to fill roles in the organisation’s IT department.
West Bromwich Building Society is using Advent Careers to find suitable candidates for vacancies requiring IT Helpdesk and Desktop Support technicians. Students from Advent Training courses have been put forward as candidates for the roles, providing a smooth transition between certification and employment.
The West Bromwich Building Society employs nearly 1,000 staff and has 48 branches – mostly in the West Midlands. It is the 9th largest building society in the UK. The society invests more than £500,000 each year in local communities through sponsorship and by supporting community and grassroots projects
