Knowledge management

Knowledge management can be defined as the way in which knowledge is shared throughout an organisation.

It involves measuring intellectual capital, developing knowledge-enhancing skills and competence, building internal support structures and maximising knowledge assets.

Many business strategies, including benchmarking, good practice, change management and employee engagement, are linked to knowledge management.
