The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) announced the winners of this year’s Recruitment Marketing Awards (RMAs) in London last night.
The Scottish Government, with agency Newhaven, walked away with three Awards, including the Grand Prix Award for their campaign, ‘The Children’s Panel’. An initiative to recruit a bank of unpaid volunteers, the campaign saved tax payers money and reduced recruitment costs. One judge commented: “it really set the bar this year, a very strong strategy from the start – creative use of multiple platforms, rich media and interactivity”
Meanwhile, Euro RSCG People won the Agency of the Year Award. Judges commented on being particularly impressed with the agency’s “commitment to practicing internally what they preach externally”.
