Talent management

Talent management describes the processes used by employers to attract, identify, develop, engage and retain individuals of particular value to their organisation.

Successful talent management can lead to an increased ability to attract star performers, a reduction in recruitment costs, and a more focused approach to the allocation of the training budget.
