Together Trust (https://www.togethertrust.org.uk/), a Cheadle-based charity that provides care, special education and support services across the North West of England has taken steps to modernise its HR and payroll processes by partnering with industry experts MHR (https://www.mhr.co.uk/) for the provision of its market leading cloud based iTrent system to replace its current systems.
The transition to iTrent will see Together Trust unite its core HR and payroll functions on a single platform and embrace new digital methods of working.
This includes the automation of many core administrative tasks, including payroll, while providing the functionality to support the personal development of its people and gain critical business insight across the organisation.
Furthermore, new self-service functionality will greatly enhance engagement levels at Together Trust by empowering managers and employees in their working roles.
Brian White, Director of Resources at Together Trust says: “With a workforce of over 900 people that continues to grow, it has become clear that we need to replace our manual, paper-based systems and spreadsheets to improve efficiency across our organisation. In addition to the time and cost savings of automating our payroll process, we are excited to see the impact the wellbeing and engagement benefits that self-service will offer employees across the organisation.”
“MHR has an excellent reputation for delivering effective software across the not-for-profit sector and we are excited about the implementation of iTrent going live to discover the efficiencies it will generate.”
Anton Roe, CEO at MHR comments: “We are delighted to have a new partner in Together Trust as it looks to bring its HR and payroll processes right up to date.
“By adopting more digital methods of working, Together Trust will benefit from faster and more accurate processes, while transferring certain tasks to self-service will empower its employees to take more ownership of their work, improving engagement and productivity.”
