Pay and grading review
Genesis Housing Association wants a pay and reward specialist to support us in the development and implementation of a pay and grading structure. The structure will need to fit with our mission and vision whilst providing a fair and equitable approach for determining pay and grading. We want to develop benefits framework that affirms our aim to be an employer of choice.
The organisation currently has approximately 1425 staff and over 150 distinct roles. About half of the complement is in care and support and are located throughout London and East Anglia.
Management development programme
Genesis Housing Association is seeking partner with a learning and development provider to develop a management development programme that fits with our aspirations and provides an opportunity for managers to gain an accreditation.
Some 250 managers will be involved in developing their skills in leadership, management as well as core competencies. Staff are based in London and East Anglia.
