A Liverpool property company has been recognised for adapting and changing its offering at the North West Property Awards 2018.
Earlier this year, Redwing Living launched a unique estate agency service dedicated to shared owners and leaseholders. The innovative service aims to address a gap in the market, with traditional high street estate agencies lacking knowledge of the affordable product and its processes.
The product simplifies the process around reselling shared ownership and leaseholder properties and breaks down many of the common misconceptions buyers and sellers have.
Customers benefit from all the usual services and marketing, including listings on property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, detailed photography, floor plans and EPC certification. Redwing Living has also removed many of the cost implications associated with selling a shared ownership or leasehold property and instead offers a flat fee, offering a transparent cost from the start.
Fiona Coventry, Managing Director at Redwing Living, said: “We are delighted to be recognised for our innovative resale service.
“We worked hard to design a product that would be meet the needs of a market which is going from strength to strength in the North West.
“Shared ownership is a real growth area for our business, both in resales and also the building of new homes for first time buyers and those struggling to get on the property ladder.”
Redwing Living received its award at a glittering ceremony at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral on Thursday 11 October.
